Source better. Coordinate clearly. Deliver with confidence.
SSS Pty Ltd is a Johannesburg-based supply, logistics and procurement partner for businesses, schools, property companies, offices and institutions that need a supplier who shows up prepared, quotes clearly, and follows through. Built in South Africa — and connected to a wider network of capability SSS is growing over time.

“Credibility is built one delivery at a time.”
Five disciplines, one point of contact.
Every engagement runs through the same disciplined process, whether it's a single delivery or an ongoing supply arrangement.
Supply
General goods, PPE and workplace consumables — sourced, quality-checked and delivered to schedule, from a single item to a bulk order.
- PPE, uniforms & workwear sourcing
- Office stationery, cleaning & facility consumables
- Branded items, computer accessories & office equipment
- Furniture, packaging & general operational supplies
Logistics

Procurement
Sourcing and coordination for businesses, schools, property companies, offices and public-sector buyers — clear specs, competitive pricing, honest lead times.
- Sourcing against your exact specification
- Competitive supplier quotes compared
- Purchase order & delivery tracking
- Ongoing supplier relationship management
- RFQ and tender-document support, where that's the route a client needs
- Compliance assistance — CSD, CIDB and B-BBEE registration support, if that's what's holding your own submission back
Service
Professional service support for ongoing operational needs — responsive, on-call, and structured around how your business actually runs.
- Dedicated point of contact
- Response within one business day
- Structured onboarding for new clients
- Scales with your requirements over time
Personalised Printing
Sublimation and branded items produced in-house on our own equipment — no third-party markup, short lead times, and small runs are viable.
- Mugs, drinkware, coasters & mouse pads
- T-shirts, caps, garments & name badges
- Awards, plaques, photo boards & keyrings
- Conference, gifting & staff recognition packs
We don't outsource your branding. We print it ourselves.
Sublimation and personalised items are produced on our own equipment at our Randburg premises — a Sawgrass SG500 sublimation printer paired with an eight-in-one heat press. Because production is in-house, small runs are viable, lead times are short, and there is no third-party markup between you and the finished item.
- Send your logo or artwork and the quantity — we confirm item and unit price in writing.
- We produce a digital layout for your approval, and only go to production once you sign it off.
- Small runs welcome, no minimum order value, and typically a few working days from approval.
Corporate gifting and client thank-you packs · staff recognition and long-service awards · conferences, expos and campaign giveaways · sports clubs and teams · schools, fundraisers and prize-givings · weddings and family occasions

- Events & hospitality

Built to solve the supplier problem you already have.
Every client comes to SSS carrying some version of the same problem. Here's what actually changes, for the two kinds of buyer SSS serves.
Juggling several suppliers with no single accountable contact, quotes that creep up once you've committed, and deliveries you have to chase just to confirm they actually happened.
One point of contact across supply, logistics, procurement and service — a properly costed quote before you commit, coordinated delivery to the agreed schedule, and proof of delivery on every order.
Less time spent managing vendors, costs you can predict up front, and a supplier relationship worth building on — from a small first order to an ongoing arrangement.
Real risk of disqualification over one missing compliance document, and limited ways to verify an unproven supplier before you're already committed to them.
A fully CIPC, CSD (Supplier No. MAAA1754597) and B-BBEE-compliant supplier (Level 1 Contributor) with administrative and tax records maintained and available on request, plus RFQ and tender-document support where you need it.
A tender-ready supplier that reduces your compliance risk and cuts the admin burden of vetting yet another vendor from scratch.
Procurement is what SSS is chasing; compliance is what SSS helps with. If your own CSD, CIDB or B-BBEE registration is what's holding a submission back, that's a service SSS can assist with directly — not just something SSS has sorted for itself.
Why Sam, specifically: nine years inside South African banking — IT service desk support, quality assurance, business analysis, and commercial & retail client relationships — is the discipline now built into every SSS engagement. Not a large supplier's process applied loosely; the same rigor a bank runs on, applied to orders of any size. More about Sam →

Registered and compliance-ready
SSS Pty Ltd — registered as Sam Support Services SSS (Pty) Ltd, Reg. 2020/159066/07 — is based in Randburg, Gauteng, and runs on proper administrative discipline: company registration, tax and banking documentation, and supplier records are maintained and kept current, available on request. For public-sector and institutional buyers specifically, that also includes CSD (Supplier No. MAAA1754597) and B-BBEE (Level 1 Contributor) registration, both complete.
One quote, clearly costed
No inflated first quotes to negotiate down from. Pricing is worked out properly before it reaches you, and stays firm for the period stated.
Every order, followed through
Proof of delivery, direct communication if anything shifts, and a standing point of contact — not a call centre queue.
Right-sized from day one
Small first orders are treated with the same care as large ones — because that's how the next, larger one gets earned.
“Small order → good delivery → trust → repeat client → bigger contract → long-term relationship.”
Samuel Mabaso
Samuel Mabaso — known as Sam — is the Founder and Director of SSS. Nine years in South African banking gave him a specific discipline: IT service desk support, quality assurance, business analysis, and commercial & retail client relationships, all built on getting details right and following through. He founded SSS on that same standard — listening closely, quoting clearly, coordinating delivery properly, and building relationships that last — bringing a bank's rigor to orders of every size, from a single delivery to an ongoing supply arrangement.
A simple process, followed the same way every time.
Four steps, in this order, every time — so you always know what happens next.
The SSS Standard — Specify clearly. Quote properly. Coordinate visibly. Follow through.

Estimate a delivery cost — optional, straight-line estimate only
Estimate only — straight-line distance between the two addresses you enter, using free address lookup (OpenStreetMap), not actual road distance. It is not a quote. Pickup defaults to our Randburg base but you can change it to any collection point. Your final price is confirmed when we respond to your quote request above. Rates shown are placeholders — see DELIVERY_PRICING in the page script.
